Race prepped 912/6 built in 2010 to go racing in the Vintage class.
Car was stripped down to to it's bare tub and painted orange.
Certified in 2014 under CACC Vintage Class this car comes with it's race ready log book.
Extensively updated and built to go racing including:
- Rothsport sourced 8 point roll cage welded in
- welded in front strut tower, sway bar and rear suspension cross member units reinforments installed
- new engine mounts welded in to accomodate the 6 cylinder replacement motor
- 22mm front and 23mm rear sway bars installed
- KW coilover suspension installed
- installed a rebuilt 2.7 motor upgraded with:
-- oil squirters
-- new timing chanins
-- JE 10.5/1 pistons and rings
-- new valve guildes, valves, springs
-- heads machined for twin plug conversion
-- Patrick Racing light weight flywheel, new clutch and disc assembly
-- EB Racing axles shafts and CV joints
-- rebuilt 915 transmission including adding a limited slip diff and shortened 3rd gear
-- Weber 40mm carbs
-- Bosch twin plug distributor, rotor, Pertronix ignition and twin Flame Thrower coils
-- Charlie headers
-- Fire supression system
-- 16 gallon ATL fuel cell
