Porsche 356, designed by Ferdinand “Ferry” Porsche with assistance from Erwin Komenda, the 356 coupe had a total production of 21,045 “A” models, of which approximately 10% or roughly 2,104 examples were produced with factory sunroofs.

Sold new in Germany by Schmidt + Koch, Bremen, Germany

Refurbished by previous owner in 1980’s which included the installation of a replacement 1965 356C 1.6L 1582cc boxer four engine paired with type 716 four-speed gearbox.
Originally born in 5611 Orange, painted white in the 1980’s under previous restoration, just repainted (2024) Porsche paint-to-sample PTS Azzuro Thettys Metallic.

Just out of rotisserie restoration inducing:
- Complete engine re-build: o JPS cylinder heads, valve covers and intake manifolds
  -- Cylinder heads 90/91mm Sport Plus
  -- LN Engineering cylinder, pistons, camshaft and crankshaft, connecting rods
  -- Engine block machining by Walt Watson at Competition Engineering in California
- New Weber carbs with electric Bendix fuel pump + pressure regulator
- Drum brakes upgraded to CPS (Germany) disc brakes (all 4 corners)
- Full electrical upgrade from 6v to 12v including new wiring harness from Kroon (Netherlands)
- Complete transmission re-build by Carquip in Boulder, Colorado
- New suspension – Elephant Racing with Koni shocks
- New exhaust system (CPS Germany)
- New front + rear windscreens
- New paint – Porsche paint to sample color – Azzuro Thetys Metallic
- New oatmeal carpets form Lakewell (Belgium) with Hustmat floor sound insulation plus coco mats on top
- New headliner
- All new trim kit including interior and exterior seals
- Upgraded speakers + subwoofer behind the rear seats (Bluetooth enabled stereo interface, original stereo in place with volume knob working to increase / decrease volume)
- Nardi wood steering wheel with Porsche horn button (have the original wheel)
